At KEF, we are committed to ensuring you experience high-fidelity sound exactly as intended; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to qualify for a successful processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the RMA process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the KEF product in its original box with all internal protective cushioning, cables, and manuals to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to KEF

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
